5 Reasons why Skyrim deserved to be Game of The Year

Currently, most RPG fans are gaga over The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim. No wonder it has sold extremely well and is breaking records. But for those who haven’t yet bought it, here are reasons why it rocks!

  • Large World: There’s nothing much not to do in the huge beautiful world of Skyrim. The kingdom is full of mountains, meadows, waterfalls and lots and lots of points of interests. Go anywhere in Skyrim and chances are, you’d find a noble soul seeking help or some prisoner in trouble. Such is the vastness of the world!
  • Variety of Quests: The Quests in Skyrim lead from stealing goods to killing dragons! And all of them are definitely fun. Fighting dragons is a great experience! And guess what, you sometimes get promotions when you complete quests!
  • Beauty of the world: There’s no denying the beauty of the world of Skyrim. Sometimes the scenes are breathtaking and just take a look at the sky at a full moon night and you’d know!
  • Approach: The outcome of each mission depends on how you approach it. If you manage to flatter the Jarl, the guards don’t catch you off guard in a city. Kill all watch while sneaking to make melee fights easier. And if you talk politely, there’s more chance of succeeding
  • The Story: The story of the game will simply take you inside it. The epic fantasy, the well researched information…Everything!

Now you know why Skyrim was crowned as the Game of The Year. Cheers for Bethesda!
